Meet Kate...

Kate Layman is Founder and Principal Member of M.C. Layman. She and her team are dedicated to supporting owners and investors through tailored real estate management services that maximize each property's potential.  A veteran in the industry, Kate has spent the last 15 years supporting institutional investors, local developers, and individual owners alike.  She places equal importance on strategic planning and day-to-day operations, allowing investors to feel confident in the health of their asset now and well into the future.

Kate received her Bachelor of Commerce and Marketing from DePaul University and her Certificate in Commercial Real Estate Investment from Cornell University.  She lives in Frederick with her husband, Joel and children, Ryan and Claire, and is passionate about contributing to efforts that ensure her hometown continues to thrive!
